45-DAY GUARANTEE
Our refund and returns policy lasts 45 days from the date you receive your order.
If 45 days have passed since you received your item, we’re unfortunately unable to offer a full refund or exchange.
Refunds will be processed within 14 business days of receiving the returned item.
Please allow additional time for your financial institution to process the refund and for it to appear in your account.

Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return:
- Your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
- It must also be in the original packaging.
Shipping Returns
To return your product, please contact us first at Studio74Vintage@katut.com.
You can then send your item to the return address provided on your package.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.
Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on your location, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
If you are returning more expensive items, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee receipt of your returned item.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email notification confirming receipt of your item.
We will also inform you whether your refund has been approved or rejected.
If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original payment method within 14 business days.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund yet:
- Check your bank account again.
- Contact your credit card company, as posting times may vary.
- Contact your bank — there is often some processing time before refunds appear.

Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.
If you need to exchange it for the same item, email us at Studio74Vintage@katut.com and send your item to the address on your package.
Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return.
Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift, or if the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves, we will send the refund to the gift giver.
